De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB) implemented today additional checks on AIFMD reporting.
The largest change is the introduction of ESMA-compliant data checks. While reporting through e-Line DNB, institutions will be confronted with additional blocking or signaling checks with greater frequency. A number of issues have also been solved in the current version of the forms. A number of minor changes to the contents and some of the texts can be expected.
In order to allow for the adjustment of reports (if necessary) the reporting deadline has been extended for reports with a deadline by the end of July only, by two weeks to 15 August 2016.
