Revised Sampling Methodologies booklet replaced August 1998 booklet of the same title as well as Office of Thrift Supervision (OTS) examination handbook Section 209. Explained the key differences between the use of statistical and judgmental sampling.

On the appropriate use of each and examples of the application of both types of sampling.
Includes look-up tables to determine statistical sample sizes, upper confidence bounds.

Effectiveness
Revised booklet effective for supervisory activities beginning on or after June 15, 2020.
