Revision Highlights
Changed credit concentration ratios supervisory calculation for banks that implemented the CECL transition rule to avoid double counting allowance for credit loss in the denominator.
The replaced term “criticized” with “special mention” for consistency with bank bulletin 1993-35.
Reflected relevant OCC issuances, laws, and regulations changes since the last booklet were issued.
Clarified applicability of references to covered savings associations, and clarifying edits regarding supervisory guidance, sound risk management practices, or legal language.
