August 31, 2020 – The FDIC and Agencies, in accordance with section 205(h) of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, are jointly adopting a final rule to implement provisions applicable to the orderly liquidation of covered brokers and dealers under Title II of the Dodd-Frank Act (“Title II”).
The final rule is effective on October 30, 2020.
