AXIOM SL IS RECOGNIZED AS A LAUREATE BY THE COMPUTERWORLD HONORS PROGRAM FOR ITS BASEL II and INTEGRATION CENTER SOLUTIONS

Longest Running Global Program Pays Tribute to Individuals and Organizations that Use Information Technology to Benefit Society

New York – June 6, 2006 - Axiom SL has been recognized as a Laureate by the Computerworld Honors Program. For almost two decades, Computerworld Honors has acknowledged those individuals and organizations that have used information technology to benefit society. On June 5, 2006, Axiom Software Laboratories was honored in Medal Ceremonies at the Andrew W. Mellon Auditorium in Washington D.C.

There are a number of reasons for this. The rules of the game are changing fast, there is no common risk framework that can bring debate forward and company structures are rapidly changing. But through all of this, there are some common-sense truths that can help a company through the process.

“This is a great honor and a wonderful feeling for our team to have been recognized by the Computerworld Honors Program,” says Alexander Tsigutkin, Founder & CEO of Axiom, “We were nominated by Morgan Stanley and I am happy that our company’s 15 years of R&D investment in our risk management, financial control and data solutions has been acknowledged by some of the world’s leading experts.”

Members of the chairmen's committee identify organizations whose use of information technology has been especially noteworthy for the originality of its conception, the breadth of its vision and the significance of its benefit to society.  Independent of the Laureate recognition, the Computerworld Honors Program also annually presents its Leadership Awards, each designed to honor the extraordinary achievements of selected individuals whose positive contributions to the IT revolution have left an indelible mark on the world.

“Each year, the Computerworld Honors Program seeks to recognize organizations, from a variety of sectors, for their ongoing efforts to utilize technology in order to benefit society,” said Bob Carrigan, Chairman of the Computerworld Honors Program Chairmen’s Committee and President, IDG Communications. “We are proud to provide a platform to publicly acknowledge these contributions. Each laureate selected for this honor understands the importance of using one’s resources and technical prowess to benefit one’s fellow man,”
