BARCLAYS CAPITAL ACQUIRES AXIOM SL DYNAMIC SOLUTIONS FOR U.S. REGULATORY REPORTING

New York – January 7, 2007 - Axiom Software Laboratories, Inc. the leading global provider of Regulatory Reporting and Risk Management solutions is pleased to announce today that Barclays Capital has purchased its innovative regulatory reporting and data management products, ControllerView® and IntegrationCenter™ to automate their U.S. regulatory reporting.

ControllerView® will provide Barclays Capital with complete coverage and functionality for compliance with all US Regulators including Federal Reserve Bank as well as management reporting. While ensuring transparency across all daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports, it will also provide a dynamic platform to deal with business and regulatory changes. In addition, IntegrationCenter™ will supply a central data warehouse and reporting environment by integrating seamlessly with all of Barclays Capital’s transaction processing, reference information and accounting systems, helping to ensure the accuracy, integrity and efficiency of the financial reporting process.
